My Name is Rachel Lebowitz

I am a third generation female Entrepreneur. At the age of 14, I started working at our family business. There I learnt QuickBooks, how to take Inventory and deal with customers. I also made myself a little side hustle by selling old forgotten stock on Amazon. I also discovered that I have a true passion for the art and science of business. I developed a passion for creating processes and got a BA in business management and organizational behavior. Eventually I went on to mentor other Entrepreneurs on how to run their business more effectively.

In 2015 , My husband and I bought a Flexible Printing Packaging company. Two years in, business was doing well but we were burnt out and hitting the ceiling. That is when we Implemented EOS. Within three years we turned around our business and grew our company from 30 to 100 employees and three times in revenue.

As a Partner in business, I got a unique vantage point and I understand the stress and emotions behind running a business.

Our journey inspired me to become a Professional EOS Implementers and help other Entrepreneurs by sharing those tools so they can enjoy a healthy, prosperous business and life.
